**Financial Services Professional Role:**
* This role involves providing financial and business management support services, including finance and project reconciliations, invoicing, collecting government funding, and complying with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Financial Management Support: Provide financial management support services to the organisation, including budget management, analysing financial data, and report writing.
* Finance Reconciliation: Conduct regular finance reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.
* Invoicing and Collections: Invoices and collect government funding and other ad-hoc revenue in a timely manner.
* Regulatory Compliance: Comply with Australian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive Relevant Experience**: Extensive relevant experience in financial systems and processes, including budget management, analysing financial data, and report writing.
* Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to improve and develop methods and techniques for financial reporting.
* Knowledge of Australian Taxation Legislation**: Understanding and application of Australian Taxation Legislation.
* Computer Literacy**: High level of computer literacy with accounting packages and Microsoft Office suite of programs.
