Accounts Payable Professional
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accounts payable services and guidance to the business on payment to contractors and business partners.
The role is a key member of the Accounts Payable team, responsible for delivering manual payments annually in addition to automated payments requiring administration, oversight and governance. Compliance with Accounts Payable processes and systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet leadership expectations commensurate with the role
* Develop procedures for Accounts Payable services
* Investigate and resolve complex stakeholder queries relating to the Accounts Payable process
* Identify weaknesses in current processes
The ideal candidate will possess risk management & problem-solving skills, experience in Supply Chain / Accounts Payable operations, ERP system expertise (SAP / Ariba Platform) Oil & Gas experience is ideal but not required. The ability to lead engagements with internal stakeholders relating to the Accounts Payable Process is highly valued., Qualifications hold an accredited diploma qualification or Master’s degree in Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (MCIPS).
