A highly successful agency located in Brisbane's City Fringe with a great track record of solid success in Sales. They are now looking to expand their Property Management department and are seeking a committed Property Manager to take over
**The Role**:
- Manage a tidy portfolio with an assistant
- NO routines, entries or exits
- Only out-of-office appointments are open homes & private inspections
- Organising maintenance
- Liaising with owners and tenants
- Lease renewals and rent increases
- Arrears management
- Convert leads from the sales team into new managements
- QCAT where required

- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Property Manager
- QCAT experience
- Must have the ability to be able to work unsupervised
