The Opportunity:
The Customer Service Officer delivers exceptional customer service in a contact centre environment, supporting participants engaged through Inclusive Employment Australia contracts.
The officer manages inbound and outbound enquiries, triages calls, supports new enquiries, schedules appointments, and ensures compliance with relevant guidelines.
This role contributes to seamless service delivery, accurate administration, effective communication, and collaboration with internal teams, customer satisfaction, and organisational growth.
* Experience in DES, NDIS Contracts or customer service roles
* Ability to interpret and communicate Government contracts, Policies, and Operational Guidelines
* Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups and empathise with disadvantaged individuals
* Meet targets, KPIs, and compliance requirements
* High-level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
