Our ideal candidate is someone who’s been on the tools, or with a strong technical pedigree and understands the real-world pressures of compliance and is ready to step into a dynamic position. Taking the lead on a significant portfolio contract, you will become a technical authority within the business, helping us to scale our offering across Australia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of ESM compliance across a significant portfolio
- Take ownership of key client outcomes
- Play a pivotal role in service delivery, acting as a key liaison between clients and the service team
- Maintain accurate records and managing compliance
- Provide excellent customer service and preparing regular reports for management
- Establish yourself as ESM subject matter expert within the business, providing expert advice and guidance internally and externally
- Contribute to system improvements, process development, and client reporting innovation
- Build a high-performing team as we scale our ESM capability nationally
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years experience in Essential Safety Measures auditing or compliance
- Solid working knowledge of Australian Standards, BCA/NCC, and ESM regulatory requirements (particularly in Victoria)
- Previous trade, fire services, or maintenance background highly regarded
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale compliance outcomes
- Leadership qualities with a genuine desire to mentor, train, and grow a team
- Ambition to step into a national leadership role as the ESM division grows
- A curious, proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills – to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft systems and able to work independently.
