Job Description:
The Critical Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of emergency situations. This individual is responsible for receiving critical calls, providing vital pre-arrival advice, dispatching resources and coordinating patient transport movements for the community.

* Mandatory requirements include holding a current Provide First Aid Certificate and obtaining Certificates III and IV in Ambulance Communications within 12 months of appointment.
