As a transitional nurse practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our multidisciplinary team.
* You will function autonomously and collaboratively in an advanced and extended clinical role within our service.
* Providing advanced levels of healthcare to patients with renal disease and their families and carers.
* Clinical leadership through assessment, diagnosis, and management of healthcare problems within an ethical, legal, and risk management framework.
* Contributing to the development and delivery of specialty-related education programs and participating in strategic and operational planning for clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
* Patient Care: Provide expert-level care to patients with renal disease, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
* Leadership: Lead clinical teams and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.
* Educational Programs: Develop and deliver educational programs for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
* Operational Planning: Participate in strategic and operational planning for clinical services.
