Job Title: NDIS Occupational Therapist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Perth. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering person-centred NDIS services to our participants.
* You will assess participants' functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities, through clinical assessment.
* Develop participant-centred goals specific to each client's circumstances.
* Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to achieve participant outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in delivering NDIS services.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
