A unique opportunity has come up for two pelvic health physios to join our small, supportive and experienced team at Sunrise Pelvic Physiotherapy. We are looking for two new team members with both a full-time and part-time role available.
We are dedicated to delivering exceptional, trauma-informed, evidence-based, and holistic care in pelvic health. Our clinic is proud of its strong referral network, supported by trusted local GPs and specialists, and a reputation for compassionate, high-quality service providing pelvic health care in a safe and welcoming space.
We see mainly women's pelvic health clients, with a large focus on pregnancy and postnatal care, sexual and chronic pelvic pain with some musculoskeletal, and rehab clients. Your caseload will be primarily women's pelvic health.

The Roles
We are seeking passionate and empathetic physiotherapists to join our team, one full time and one 2-4 days per week (availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is essential). Your primary caseload will focus on women's pelvic health, covering a broad range of conditions including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postnatal care, chronic pelvic pain, prolapse management, and occasional musculoskeletal/rehabilitation clients. Training and treatment in mastitis management will also be included.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and evidence-based treatments, utilising strong clinical reasoning, education, and exercise prescription skills.
The flexible roles are suited to:
* An experienced pelvic health physiotherapist ready to hit the ground running, or
* A clinician with a few years of experience who would value mentoring and ongoing support.
We're seeking practitioners who are:
* Passionate about pelvic health and committed to making a difference
* Empathetic and client-focused, with excellent communication and time management skills
* Comfortable working independently and managing their own caseload. You must be able to see clients independently (but will have support)
* Keen to contribute to a small, close-knit, and supportive team environment
* Skilled in clinical reasoning, experienced and confident in exercise prescription
* Demonstrates ongoing commitment to CPD
* Preferably has musculoskeletal experience
Essential Criteria
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
* Training in Women's Health Physiotherapy (APA, Post Graduate Studies, or WHTA courses) and clinical experience with pelvic health consults and internal exams
* Minimum 2 years experience in private practice (musculoskeletal or pelvic health)
* Someone who is able to work autonomously but also as part of a close-knit team
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Confident with exercise prescription
* Demonstrated ongoing commitment to CPD requirements
* Professional Indemnity Insurance
* AHPRA Registration
* First Aid and CPR requirements up to date
* Must be an Australian Citizen or be a Permanent Resident
