About the Position
The Waalitj Foundation has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Coach to work in our Head Office. This is a full time, fixed term position until June 2026.
Skills and Experience
To be suitable for this role you will need to demonstrate the following work-related requirements and experience:
* Building trusting relationships where clients feel comfortable discussing their business needs and direction;
* Managing client expectations in line with the services the program and organisation can provide;
* Cultural awareness and knowledge of First Australians business issues and challenges they may face;
* Collaboratively creating solutions to problems that may affect business operations;
* Assisting businesses with establishing a professional network and connecting them with relevant service providers;
* Assisting businesses with developing marketing, promotional, financial and strategic plans;
* Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access;
Additional requirements include holding or the ability to obtain:
* Police clearance
