About this opportunity:
* Ensure business operations run efficiently, providing a positive experience for all stakeholders.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via various channels.
* Manage requests, concerns, and enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
* Maintain the accuracy and integrity of information within financial, human resource, and other systems.
* Support hiring and onboarding activities for your service.
* Utilize mainstream software applications, including Microsoft Office and databases (intermediate-advanced skills required).
* Assist senior staff with special projects as needed.
Key requirements include effective communication, great time-management, and intermediate-advanced skills in MS Office and Database applications. A willingness to learn new digital tools and technologies is also essential. Qualifications or experience in Administration or Business are highly desirable but not essential.
This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively. A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are also essential.
