About the Roles
We are seeking three experienced Aluminium Windows & Doors Estimators to support our continued growth across Canberra, Goulburn, Albury and Wagga Wagga. These roles are critical to our sales and delivery pipeline and will suit estimators who combine technical accuracy with strong computer systems capability.
You will be responsible for preparing accurate, timely estimates for aluminium windows and door projects across mainly residential and some commercial applications, working closely with sales, production, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and accurate aluminium window and door estimates
* Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules
* Use estimating software to generate quotes and documentation
* Liaise with sales, production, and site teams to clarify scope and pricing
* Ensure estimates reflect correct materials, labour, margins, and lead times
* Maintain accurate records and version control within estimating systems
* Support handover from estimate to production where required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Demonstrated experience in aluminium windows and doors estimating
* A minimum of 1-2 years of aluminium windows and doors estimating experience
* Strong working knowledge of estimating software used in the windows and doors industry
* Proficiency in Logikal estimating software will be well regarded
* High confidence in using digital systems, drawings, and technical documentation
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple estimates concurrently and meet deadlines
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
* Valid Australian work authorisation or visa with work rights
