Key Role Responsibilities
The main focus is outbound rescheduling, coordinating online appointments for a large team of consultants across Australia.
This involves making calls to an existing client database (no cold calling).
Skills / Attributes Required for Appointment Setters
Minimum 1–2 years' experience.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
Proven call centre experience – outbound sales or appointment setting.
Specific experience in appointment setting within a call centre environment.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks.
Strong morals and ethics.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport easily with clients.
Effective administration and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good computer skills and knowledge.
Passionate about clients.
Guaranteed weekly hours ****** hours per week).
