We're seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Business Development team.
In this role, you'll drive student recruitment, build partnerships, and oversee customised programs and study tours that deliver exceptional experiences for students and partners worldwide.

About the Role
As Senior Manager, Business Development, you will:
Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve recruitment targets through effective strategies and high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with UQ Future Students to support pathway program pipelines and marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute international recruitment and marketing plans to drive commercial growth.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of customised programs and study tours, from initial concept through to successful execution.
Manage budgets, reporting, and business development tools to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
This role includes domestic and international travel to support recruitment, partnerships, and program delivery.
What We're Looking For
Postgraduate qualification and minimum five years' leadership experience in international education or a related setting.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage high-performing teams.
Strong strategic, marketing, and commercial capability with a proven track record of delivering growth.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse cultural contexts.
Experience in student recruitment pipelines and customised program delivery.
Ability to speak other languages.
