Award-winning workplace rehab provider seeks a skilled professional to support individuals in recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a key player in developing return-to-work plans and facilitating safe and timely graduated return-to-work programs.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of files, developing comprehensive return-to-work plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
* Conduct assessments and provide expert recommendations to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Communicate complex medical information to customers, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
* Perform initial, workplace, and ADL assessments, producing detailed insurance reports.
* Cultivate strong relationships with injured workers, employers, doctors, and other medical professionals to drive effective interventions.
* Facilitate the implementation of tailored return-to-work plans, prioritizing safety and timeliness.
* Maintain accurate case notes, adhering to reporting and compliance requirements.
About You / Qualifications
* Possess a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
* Hold full registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
* Be in possession of a valid driver's license and willing to undergo a police check prior to commencement.
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
* Exhibit excellent customer service skills, embracing a can-do attitude.
