You'll lead a payroll team and take ownership of a high volume, end‐to‐end weekly payroll for corporate and clinical staff.
You Will Also
* Ensure compliance with relevant awards, EBAs and legislation
* Manage termination payments, audits, reporting and reconciliations
* Lead, support and develop a stable payroll team
* Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
* Partner with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders to resolve payroll queries and strengthen payroll governance
Profile To Be Successful You Will Bring
* Demonstrated experience managing large, complex payrolls
* Experience in the Victorian health or hospital sector (highly desirable)
* Chris21 or iChris experience (strongly preferred)
* Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to handle payroll queries
* Proven ability to deliver process improvements
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership capability
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
