The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our back-of-house team. You'll be working with quality ingredients and a supportive team to deliver consistently excellent meals to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in line with our menu and specials
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage
* Support the Head Chef with menu development and kitchen leadership where required
* Work collaboratively with FOH and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
About You:
* Trade qualified with minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen (pub or steakhouse experience a plus)
* A passion for food, strong attention to detail, and pride in presentation
* Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
