We are currently on the lookout for a Manager, AML/CTF Assurance and Oversight based in our Brisbane Heritage Lane office in a permanent capacity.In this role you will focus on managing the Quality Assurance (QA) and oversight monitoring programs across AML/CTF Operations within Financial Crimes – Operations & Strategy and broader oversight across the Bank's value chain e.g. ACIP QA in Consumer Distribution, Treasury, Home Lending and Business Banking. A primary purpose of the oversight programs is to ensure that Suncorp Group is complying with the AML/CTF Act, related internal procedures, policies and frameworks.What you'll do Set team direction and strategy (12 months) including assurance plan coverageContribute to and lead the implementation of the AML/CTF Operations QA/QC Framework and broader ACIP QA/FC framework including consistency across the BankUnderstand and manage the impact of emerging risks and make appropriate risk based changes to the QA/QC planBuild management awareness of the QA/QC program and supporting the Calibration Management ForumLead implementation of Group policies and regulatory/legislative changes as they relate to QA 2Establish and maintain quality assurance and oversight frameworks and programs in AML/CTF Operations through using extensive knowledge of the both the Banking operational and regulatory environment.Establish and deliver the team's annual program of work ensuring that the trade-off between scale and high-risk areas is balanced.Present QA insights and trends to divisional executive team and recommend corrective actions.Create and design the AML/CTF QA program within Financial Crimes – Operations & Strategy and broader assurance plan across the Bank.
