Content Producer – Digital

Reporting to the Editor, the Content Producer is responsible for driving audience, engagement and reach by creating a wide range of content from viral to evergreen, for success via social and SEO. The primary role is to source, write, build and publish on-brand content that grows audience, traffic, volume and brand awareness for the digital platforms of the brand.
Responsibilities
Ideate, pitch and create well-written, on-brand content that is original and drives audiences and traffic.
Produce shoppable content in line with content commerce KPIs.
Research and liaise with talent for stories, conduct interviews.
Use analytics and data to drive insights and inform content choices.
Repurpose existing content from other platforms / brands.
Create and publish content for Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
Produce branded EDMs and share insights with the social and multimedia teams.
Requirements
Ability to craft an angle that will help achieve traffic goals.
Excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar.
Strong deadline-reporting skills; can work independently and also support the Digital Editor and wider team.
Solid interpretative and analytical skills.
Experience with content marketing KPIs is a plus.
Knowledge of TikTok and Reels production is a bonus; training will be provided.
Experience using analytics tools to create data-informed content is a bonus.
