The successful Showroom Manager will lead and develop a high-performing retail team while ensuring the highest standards of customer experience and brand presentation.
This is a key leadership position that oversees all aspects of showroom operations, including sales pipeline management, employee development, and event planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage daily showroom operations to achieve business objectives.
* Lead and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Manage sales pipeline from prospect through to installation, achieving targets for orders, invoiced sales, and margin performance.
* Execute and implement showroom activities, events, and initiatives to enhance market presence.
Qualifications and Experience
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
* At least 7 years' proven success in a similar role within luxury consumer goods, premium furniture, interiors, fashion, or high-end real estate.
* Experience with design software highly regarded.
