We're getting ready to open an exciting new rooftop bar and restaurant in the heart of Glenelg — and we're on the lookout for a Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to join the opening kitchen team.
This venue will offer top-quality food, great vibes, and ocean views — and we're building a team that's passionate, ambitious, and all about delivering a great experience.
What you'll be doing:
 * Working with fresh, high-quality local produce
 * Helping create and deliver a seasonal, modern menu
 * Keeping things sharp in an open kitchen (great presentation a must)
 * Being part of a fun, supportive, fast-paced team
 * Working a rotating roster across 7 days (including weekends/evenings)
What we're looking for:
 * Experience in a similar role (Sous or CDP)
 * Reliable, well-presented, and cool under pressure
 * Passionate about good food and working with a great team
 * Ready to be part of something new from day one
