With an important therapy launched in Australia in recent years, they are now investing further to accelerate growth, deepen partnerships and strengthen performance across key specialist centres.
The Role
This full-time, permanent role puts you at the centre of specialist engagement across the VIC East territory, with Tasmania as a regional area. You will drive ongoing growth of a high-value neurology therapy with significant clinical relevance and strong market opportunity.
In this role, you will:
* Grow adoption of an established specialty medicine within priority accounts
* Build strong, influential partnerships with Neurologists across private and hospital settings
* Develop and execute strategic business plans informed by data, insights and customer needs
* Confidently communicate complex clinical and technical information
* Work collaboratively with Medical, Marketing and cross-functional teams
* Report directly to the National Sales Manager
* Join a small, agile and highly collaborative team committed to delivering excellence
About You
You will be successful in this role if you bring:
* Proven pharmaceutical Key Account Management experience
* Strong knowledge of the Victorian hospital landscape
* Experience engaging Neurologists (highly regarded but not essential)
* Strong capability in interpreting and presenting clinical data
* Sharp commercial acumen and territory planning skills
* A consistent track record of delivering sales results
* Solid understanding of the Australian hospital and specialist landscape
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
