The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity to join an established store and are on the lookout for an Automotive Assistant Store Manager to join our Salisbury location.
In this full-time role you will support coordinating the day-to-day technical operations of the store workshop and trade activity to deliver high quality customer experiences and to meet store targets.
Key Responsibilities Provide support to the Store Manager and manage the store in their absence.
Support the management of the daily workshop schedule and maintain an on-time customer delivery.
Plan and coordinate parts supply and delivery to the workshop workflow.
Monitor the quality of work performed in the workshop.
Perform vehicle repairs as required.

Current, full Drivers Licence Demonstrative experience in automotive suspension repairs, components, and operation.
Experience in leading or managing people and fostering a positive culture.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to coordinate workshop tasks and perform jobs efficiently.
