Job Description:
As a senior consultant, you will have the opportunity to work in various client environments, supporting the delivery of complex digital and transformation programs, and further developing your project management skills.
* Collaborate with high-performing teams to participate in the planning and execution of projects and programs.
* Report to and work closely with experienced project and program management practitioners to establish and maintain value-added project, program, and portfolio governance processes for clients.
* Gain exposure to all aspects of a project and program through the full program lifecycle, including establishing and managing key documents and processes.
* Assist in setting up governance frameworks for transformational programs and project management offices (PMOs), as well as communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Take ownership of small to medium-sized work packages.
* Develop strong client relations and support business development opportunities.
* Establish and manage key project and program management documents and processes.
* Develop and support project and program performance status reports.
* Assist with project and program communication and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a project delivery role, project support role, or project advisory services.
* Experience in a variety of market sectors is highly regarded.
* Familiarity with project terminology, such as design, build, test, and release, and project documentation.
* Developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analyze complex information and summarize and present in a succinct manner.
* Ability to establish working relationships with various stakeholders and work cohesively in a team environment.
* A curious mind and genuine interest in technology transformation, emerging technology risk, and technology advisory practices.
* Professional certification in methods such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, Managing Successful Programs, or Management of Portfolios.
* Knowledge of global frameworks and standards applicable to project/program management and/or technology risk is required.
