In this entry-level position, you will support the day-to-day operations of our boutique law firm and provide essential administrative support to our team. This is the perfect position for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced legal environment, while developing their practical skills. This is a full-time position, no WFH. Prior experience in an administrative role is desirable, but not essential.
Key responsibilities:
1. Dictation; preparing and typing correspondence
2. Managing incoming calls and emails, and greeting clients professionally
3. Filing, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
4. Diary management and appointment scheduling
5. Maintaining accurate records and file management
6. Assisting with legal correspondence and documentation as required
7. Providing general administrative support to the team
About you:
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Accuracy and efficiency in typing
* Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook software
