Lofty Building Group is a proud South Australian owned and operated residential building company who has spent the last 11 years building quality custom build homes and developments. Our company is comprised of staff who are genuinely passionate about the construction process anddelivering quality construction outcomes.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Selections Administrator to join our talented team at Lofty, providing our clients with comprehensive and efficient assistance through the selection documentation process.

Working as part of the Pre-Construction team, you will provide our customers with expertise and accuracy on interior and exterior selections for their new home. You will ensure documentation is accurate and correct with information supplied from Sales, Estimating, Drafting and other such internal departments.

Your new position will involve:

Providing a detailed application of selections schemes including interior and external details, materials, colour selections, flooring selections, lighting/electrical, space planning, and detailing

Produce and prepare selections documents for residential & commercial projects

Conduct Selections appointments with clients, providing advice and guidance on finishes

Responding to client and supplier queries in a timely manner

Accurately record all revisions and variations

Liaise with project teams and supervisors

Stay abreast of current trends and industry updates

Our ideal candidate would:

Have previous experience in selections or administration within residential or commercial building and construction sector

Be an exceptional documenter and communicator, Able to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders and clientele

Have Customer management capabilities, including excellent telephone and written communication, conflict management and resolution skills.

Possess strong organisational and coordinating skills

Ideally have a minimum 3 years' experience with a high-volumenew home residential, commercial builder or developer.

This can be a demanding role at times where solid administrative skills and interpretation of plans and inclusions can be just as important as creativity, so the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are essential.
