Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Signage Production & Install Manager to oversee and manage the production and installation of signage projects. This is a full-time, on site position based in Rockingham WA. Responsibilities include managing day to day operations, ensuring project deadlines are met, supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and working closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate with clients and suppliers, organise materials, and oversee training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
* Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering high-quality results.
* Experience in Operations Management, including scheduling, process improvement, and resource allocation.
* Excellent Communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration within a team and with external stakeholders.
* Skills in Training and development to coach and mentor team members for improved performance.
* Knowledge of signage production processes and materials is highly advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem solving skills are essential.
* Ability to work in on site operations and manage physical production tasks as needed.
* Valid driver's license.
