Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Conference and Events Operations Manager and Restaurant Manager in ensuring seamless event operations.
2. Collaborate with the C&E sales team to deliver successful event setups and provide leadership support to the Food & Beverage team.
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high standards of customer service for RACV members, guests, and visitors.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager or Duty Manager is highly desirable.
* Industry knowledge of wines and beverages is essential.
* Strong leadership skills to foster a positive working culture are required.
* A background in conference and events management is highly valued.
* A hands-on approach to daily operations and proven ability to problem-solve and resolve conflicts effectively.
