What You’ll Do
- Prepare and process Contracts and Form 6’s
- Create listing kits and presentations
- Upload properties online and craft ad copy
- Schedule Open For Inspections (OFIs) and manage auction preparation
- Book print media advertising and manage social media content
- Compile marketing material and brochures
- Generate weekly vendor reports and appraisal letters
- Maintain the database and ensure the office runs smoothly

About You
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Hold a QLD Certificate of Registration
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner and time management
- Professional appearance and corporate presentation
