We're partnering with a financial services organisation who is looking to relaunch their banking app & online banking platforms. We're looking for an experienced senior business analyst who can assess current processes, define future state and operate effectively where documentation is limited. You will work across geographically dispersed stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify gaps and define a clear path forward.

Key responsibilities
* Determine current state processes across app and online banking
* Define future state processes aligned to the relaunch
* Engage and build trust with stakeholders easily
* Facilitate discussions to gather accurate operational insights
* Translate ambiguous inputs into structured outputs
Required experience and skills
* Demonstrated experience with mobile app or online banking platforms
* Must have previous banking experience
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across multiple locations
* Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments
* Experience assessing current state and defining future state processes
* Strong communication skills
There is an opportunity for travel overseas as part of this role.
