Industrial Relations/Human Resources Officer Job Opportunity
A Western Australian industry representative body seeks a 12-month contract Industrial Relations/Human Resources Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide consultancy services to members and stakeholders
* Maintain and develop relationships with clients and partners
* Offer expert advice on complex industrial issues, disputes and negotiations
Candidates must possess at least five years of experience in IR/ER/HR, a tertiary qualification and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A standard working week will include Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations and best practices
* Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Western Australian industrial relations landscape and be able to navigate complex issues with ease.
