We're partnered with a global, technology-driven quantitative trading firm focused on building and optimising high-frequency trading systems across global markets. As part of continued investment in execution performance, the firm is expanding its market microstructure and connectivity research capability.
You'll work at the intersection of networking, data analysis, and trading systems, helping improve execution quality and latency across key exchanges. This is a highly technical, research-driven role with direct impact on trading performance and PnL.
What You'll Work On
* Exchange connectivity and low-latency execution systems
* Network and protocol analysis (TCP/IP, Ethernet, exchange protocols)
* Latency and performance measurement automation
* Trading system reverse engineering and experimentation
* Execution optimisation and fill-rate improvement
* Large-scale data analysis for market and system behaviour
Required Skills
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 1+ years experience in data analysis, systems, or network engineering
* Strong Python and time-series analysis skills
* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
* Interest or experience in market microstructure and HFT
* Strong Linux and low-level systems knowledge is a plus
