**About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to provide professional, confidential, efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the Director Medical Imaging Services (DMIS). Provide high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support.

About you

Provide correspondence and documents as required and arrange timely distribution of such material after signature.
Facilitate and assist with administrative duties in the recruitment processes for Medical Imaging staff.
Source, maintain and put into practicable use, relevant reference materials required for the efficient completion of duties.
