Join Enerven's Graduate Engineering Program to gain hands-on experience in electrical and civil engineering projects across Australia.Your RoleHere's what you will be doing:Participate in a three-year Engineering Graduate Program starting February 2026, gaining experience across technical and commercial areas including Construction, Safety, Procurement, Scheduling, Tendering, Quality and Environmental, Financial, Commercial, and DesignWork on-site solving real problems alongside experienced engineers and tradespeopleEngage in regular project site-based work across South Australia and interstate, aligning work hours with project site rosters (usually 11 days on-site/3 days home)Develop practical skills and contribute to meaningful projects in electrical infrastructure and renewable energyAbout YouThe company is looking for:Recent or soon-to-be graduate in Electrical or Civil Engineering (graduated within the past 2 years or completing by end of 2025)Current Australian driver's licence (full or probationary)Willingness and ability to work away on project sites across South Australia and interstate on a roster basis (usually 11/3 roster)Hands-on, practical approach with a passion for dynamic project environmentsLoves learning and applying new ideas to solve real problemsStrong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse teamsCompensation & BenefitsSalary of $110,783.83 plus 13% Superannuation under the Utilities Management Pty Ltd Enterprise AgreementFlexi-time accrual and flexible working conditions with supportive leadership17.5% leave loading on annual leaveLeadership and career development opportunitiesUp to $900 annual electricity reimbursementAutomatic coverage from income protection schemePaid parental leaveTraining & DevelopmentMentoring and networking with industry experts, senior leaders, and the graduate communityTechnical and leadership training including creative problem solving, negotiation, leadership, and inclusionOpportunity to gain a recognised project management qualificationExposure to diverse business areas to identify strengths and interestsCareer ProgressionCompletion of the program prepares graduates for roles as Site Project Engineers and beyondClear career direction and foundational skills to thrive in engineering rolesHow to ApplyCandidates will undergo comprehensive pre-employment screening including medical and police checks.This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possibleReport this job
