What You'll Bring to the Table
* A minimum of 4 years’ local consulting experience in structural design
* Proficiency across concrete, steel, timber, and masonry design in line with Australian Standards
* Project exposure in commercial, education, industrial, and multi-residential sectors
* Practical know-how in SpaceGASS, Structural Toolkit, and the confidence to sketch concepts when required
* Strong communication chops—you can confidently interact with clients and make sense of detailed technical documentation
* You're someone who sticks around—you’ve shown stability and ownership in previous roles
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, ideally with RPEng or on the pathway to it
Your Day-to-Day
* Lead structural designs from early concept through to permit-ready documentation
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders and ensure expectations are met (and exceeded)
* Conduct site inspections, create technical reports, and troubleshoot construction-stage queries
* Take initiative, think strategically, and approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset
