Geospatial Support Specialist
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, providing customer training, and managing support cases for geospatial products.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to geospatial products.
* Provide customer training on the use and maintenance of these products.
* Manage support cases and escalate complex issues as needed.
