**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls from owners, service agents, and retailers.
- Provide product knowledge and educate owners on their machine
- Where over the phone resolution is not possible, book services or repairs
- Process orders
- Data entry and administration within a CRM system (SAP)
- Process warranty claims
**Skills & Experience**
Relevant experience within customer service (phone based), ideally within wholesale/retail
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Systems savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- SAP experience highly regarded
Positive can-do attitude with a focus on customer service
Strong problem solving ability
Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
