Chef de Partie - Breakfast and lunch service - no nights
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Chinta' in North Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time position focused on breakfast and lunch service, with no evening shifts. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes to Chinta's high standards
* Ensure all food is presented beautifully and served in a timely manner
* Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment
* Assist the Head Chef in menu development and implementation
* Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff
* Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
What we\'re looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant environment
* Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
* Food safety and hygiene certification
* Experience with Southeast Asian cuisine and Wok skills a bonus
