Chef de Partie - Breakfast and lunch service - no nights
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Chinta' in North Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time position focused on breakfast and lunch service, with no evening shifts. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes to Chinta's high standards
Ensure all food is presented beautifully and served in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment
Assist the Head Chef in menu development and implementation
Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant environment
Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
Food safety and hygiene certification
Experience with Southeast Asian cuisine and Wok skills a bonus
