Associate - Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Responsibilities
- This role is offered due to growth and represents a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic market‑leading team dealing with high‑quality work.
- Act for a broad range of clients including high net‑worth individuals, entrepreneurs, SMEs, listed companies and multinational and an expanding international client base.
- Assist senior members of the team with their cases.
- Be involved in business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3‑5 years PQE, able to cover a broad range of work across the team and contribute more widely to its growth.
- Interest and experience in advising on complex commercial disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants and shareholder disputes are welcomed.
- Excellent technical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to produce consistently high‑standard work/documentation.
- Commercially astute, with a client‑focused approach and aptitude for business development.
