Digital Nectar is a fast-growing automotive digital marketing agency based in St Morris. We work with car, caravan, motorcycle and Truck dealerships across Australia. Helping them grow through smart strategy, sharp creative, and performance-driven advertising.

The Role: Digital Marketing Account Manager

This role is the heartbeat of client success at Digital Nectar. You'll be the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring every campaign is organised, delivered, tracked and reported on with accuracy and professionalism.

You don't need to be a PPC or social media operator, but you do need real working knowledge of digital marketing to confidently discuss strategy, interpret results, and guide clients through their campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, communication, relationship-building, and making sure all moving parts across a campaign come together smoothly.


What You'll Be Doing

Own the client relationship and be their go-to person for updates, questions and guidance.

Coordinate campaigns end-to-end ensuring briefs, assets, timelines and approvals run smoothly across PPC, Meta, and social content.

Prepare monthly reports & insights. Translate data into clear explanations, recommendations and next steps.

Work closely with our internal specialists, PPC, social content, creative, and strategy to keep delivery aligned and on schedule.

Keep campaigns organised. Using Project management software and internal workflows to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Stay informed on automotive trends, vehicle demand cycles, model launches, seasonal spikes to help shape smarter strategies.

Proactively improve client results and experience. Not just report on what happened, but explain what should happen next.


What We're Looking For

Experience in digital marketing, client management, or the automotive sector (agency experience is a big advantage).

A solid understanding of digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, funnels and landing pages.

Strong organisation and project management skills, you love a well-run workflow and clear communication.

Confidence in reviewing data and presenting clear insights, not just numbers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional, friendly and concise.

A natural problem-solver with high attention to detail.

Someone who enjoys working independently but thrives within a supportive, collaborative team.
