Trainee Quality Assurance & Food Safety Expert
The Casino Food Company is a leading food processor with production facilities located in the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales, Australia.
This role involves monitoring and inspecting departments against approved guidelines and liaising with departmental staff and supervisors to address non-compliances.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor/inspect departments against approved guidelines and liaise with departmental staff and supervisors to address non-compliances.
* Liaise with production supervisors to ensure departmental compliance.
Requirements:
* Sufficient knowledge of computers and applications.
* Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, policies and regulatory standards.
* Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good hygiene practices (GHP).
* Organisation and attention to detail.
* Ability to work with minimal direction.
* Enjoys challenges and thrives in finding positive outcomes.
* Willingness to complete a Certificate IV in Quality Assurance if not already completed.
