We are seeking a proactive and highly organised People and Culture Systems and Compliance Administrator to join our team.
Reporting to the Group People and Culture Manager, this role is responsible for providing high-quality administrative, systems, and compliance support to the People and Culture function. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across HR systems, reporting, records management, document control, and day-to-day operational support, while building strong exposure to HR best practice.
About the Role
As the People and Culture Systems and Compliance Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the People and Culture team. You will be responsible for maintaining HR systems and records, assisting with compliance and reporting activities, preparing and formatting documentation, coordinating meetings and programs, and providing technical and administrative support across the function.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, confidence working with systems and technology, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Group People and Culture Manager and broader P&C team
* Maintain accurate People and Culture records, documentation, and electronic systems
* Support HR systems management and provide technical support to the P&C team
* Assist with compliance-related administration, reporting, and document control
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
* Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and other People and Culture reporting
* Prepare, edit, transform, and format documents in line with company style guidelines
* Coordinate and support People and Culture programs and initiatives
* Liaise with internal departments and external service providers on People and Culture matters
* Assist in the review and standardisation of Policy and Procedure nationally in collaboration with operational teams
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Previous administration experience, ideally within Human Resources or People and Culture
* Strong technical skills and confidence working with HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
* Excellent written communication and document formatting skills
* Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
* The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A professional, proactive, and confidential approach
* Exposure to HR best practice
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field will be highly regarded
