About the Role

We’re searching for a Senior Marketing Manager who wants to help lead Voomie into its next era of scale. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role inside one of Australia’s fastest-growing D2C brands, where your strategy, leadership, and execution will directly shape how fast we grow and how many lives we impact.

In this role, you’ll lead the full marketing function across performance, creative, content, CRM, influencers, and campaign delivery. You’ll translate the founders’ vision into world-class marketing strategy, build a high-performing team beneath you, and create the systems, structure, and momentum needed for Voomie’s next stage of expansion.

You’ll work closely with Tarah (Co-CEO & Creative Director) and Barry (Co-CEO & COO) to bring big ideas to life, guide the yearly marketing roadmap, and ensure every campaign lands with clarity, precision, and commercial impact. You’ll be at the centre of our growth engine building, scaling, and optimising all marketing activity across Australia and our emerging international markets.

Key Responsibilities

* 1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Own the annual marketing strategy, calendar, and roadmap across launches, campaigns, retention, and brand moments.
Translate the Co-Founders’ creative direction into executable, high-performing marketing plans.
Use insights, analytics, behaviour data, and customer psychology to inform all strategic decisions.
Maintain Voomie’s brand DNA across every channel, campaign, and creative touchpoint.
Evolve Voomie’s brand positioning as we scale from high-growth startup to category leader.
Manage the full marketing budget, including multi-million-dollar annual budgets, with strong commercial discipline.
Own and optimise CAC, MER, retention, repeat purchase rate, and contribution margin.
Own the marketing technology stack (CRM, attribution, automation, analytics) and ensure it is leveraged effectively.
Partner closely with Operations to ensure marketing and supply timelines remain aligned.
* 2. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team across CRM, lifecycle, paid media, creative strategy & performance, content, influencers, graphic design, and CRO.
Provide clarity, coaching, performance expectations, and structured workflows.
Be involved in the hiring, onboarding, and capability development for the marketing team.
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, Customer Experience, Digital, Creative, Product, and external partners.
* 3. Campaign Ownership & Delivery
Oversee the full marketing calendar, including new product launches, seasonal campaigns, retention pushes, and BAU content.
Ensure every campaign has clear objectives, timelines, deliverables, and performance reporting.
Lead project management across the marketing department to ensure deadlines are met and all functions work cohesively.
Collaborate with videographers, photographers, and creative contractors to produce world-class content.
Ensure every asset, email, ad, and customer touchpoint reflects Voomie’s brand standards and creative identity.
* 4. Performance, CRM & Growth
Oversee paid media strategy, ROAS optimisation, scaling budgets, and attribution accuracy.
Partner with the Creative Strategy and Performance Marketing Specialist to ensure creatives align with performance insights and testing frameworks.
Collaborate with the Media Buyer to set goals, build creative iteration systems, and ensure testing.
Lead lifecycle marketing across email and SMS (Klaviyo) to increase retention and LTV.
Analyse dashboards, attribution models, and analytics to make data-led decisions.
* 5. Systems, Processes & Marketing Operations
Build and implement scalable systems for campaign management, briefing, content production, and performance reporting.
Own the marketing tech stack and ensure strong integration across CRM, attribution, analytics, and automation tools.
Ensure all marketing functions operate with operational excellence, clear communication rhythms, and well-defined processes.


Who You Are

5+ years in senior marketing, e-commerce, or growth roles.

* Experience managing a team of 10+
* Proven experience scaling a DTC brand (health, beauty, or supplements preferred).
* Strong understanding of paid media, CRM, content strategy, creative performance, and customer lifecycle.
* A natural leader who brings structure, clarity, and commercial thinking.
* Highly organised with strong project management skills.
* Comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly.
* Passionate about brand, customer experience, storytelling, and building meaningful community engagement.
