We are seeking a graduate Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineer to join our growing business.
As a graduate Controls Engineer, you will use your engineering skills to create solutions and designs across mechanical, electrical, and the "Internet of Things" (IoT) as you work to deliver leading-edge automation solutions.
But what does a Building Automation Controls Engineer actually do?
All large buildings have complex automation systems that control and monitor large mechanical systems providing thermal comfort, ventilation, and pressurisation.
Every building is unique, with its own occupants and specific requirements.
Spaces can vary from commercial offices to critical research laboratories.
As a Building Automation Controls Engineer, you can be responsible for tasks such as:
Designing the control system architecture.
Writing the functional description and creating all of the associated technical documentation.
Liaising with the Project Manager and client on the technical aspects of the project.
Writing control software and configuring devices ready for installation.
Designing and creating web-based user interfaces.
Assisting with commissioning.
