The Opportunity
CORPORATE TAX practice comprises a team of tax experts providing advisory services to top clients in the Australian market. Seasoned corporate tax specialists join EY’s team, bringing expertise in tax compliance, accounting, and reporting, as well as tax advisory.
This role involves providing a range of compliance and advisory services to our clients. You will be technically strong, have excellent client management experience, and be an effective team player.
This position can be performed from various office locations. Roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.
Your Key Responsibilities
* You will be part of a team working on multinational inbound and outbound clients, assisting in the preparation and review of income tax provisions and returns, and other reporting as required.
* Ideal candidates will have sound technical knowledge of Financial Accounting and IFRS.
* You will delegate tasks to a team of junior staff and ensure quality delivery of compliance services while building relationships with internal stakeholders and existing clients.
Essential Skills And Qualifications
* Experience in income tax compliance provision and return preparation preferably gained in a professional services firm in Australia.
* Ability to work effectively in a team, with high attention to detail, and be task-oriented.

* Completed or in progress CA qualifications or equivalent
