1. Oversee and manage all intercompany transactions, ensuring that they are accurately recorded and reconciled across the organisation.
2. Implement and maintain robust intercompany policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
3. Address and resolve intercompany discrepancies and ensure that all balances are properly matched for month-end closing.
4. Oversee the accounting for G&A expenses, ensuring that they are accurately allocated and reported across the business units.
5. Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly management reports that provide insights into the Company's financial performance.
6. Work closely with business units to gather necessary data for accurate reporting and reporting of financial metrics, such as budget vs. actuals, variances and forecasts.
7. Oversee the revenue recognition process in compliance with IFRS and industry-specific regulations, ensuring that revenue is accurately reported.
8. If required, assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and cash management reports for the group.
