We are seeking experienced Manual Testers to join a multi-year initiative that will replace existing customer-facing portals with a consolidated client-facing portal, delivering a streamlined and simplified user experience.
The program is entering its delivery phase, and we need skilled professionals to help ensure quality outcomes.
About the Role
Reporting to the Test Manager, you will develop and operate a testing framework that supports the delivery of high-quality digital services and products in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, document and execute test plans
• Communicate complex information clearly and succinctly
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with Jira, Confluence and case management systems
• Partner with business analysts, developers, solution architects and product owners to clarify requirements
• Troubleshoot D365 behaviours, validate data flows and provide clear defect documentation
