Trade Retail Assistant Job Description
As a Trade Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our trade retail store front by providing an exceptional in-store experience.
You will be responsible for undertaking tasks from warehousing to front-end customer sales, working closely with your fellow Assistants, Branch Manager, Area Manager, and National Network Manager.
The key to this role is delivering on our commitments to safety and customer service excellence while maintaining high productivity, efficient storage, and proper protection of stored materials.
You will also be expected to uphold high standards of housekeeping and maintenance to reflect a professional branch and warehouse appearance.
Collaboration with our national teams is crucial to ensure procedures and transactions are correctly followed, and contributing to creating a zero-harm work environment for our customers and team is essential.

* Assist in managing store costs through efficient operations and proper material handling.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
* A current and unrestricted Class C Driver Licence or higher.
