Account Director – Brand & Retail Experience
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional brand and retail experiences.
About the Role:
* Oversee the strategic development, execution, and management of brand, retail experience, and promotional campaigns.
* Work closely with the Head of Retail to develop and implement project plans.
* Liaise with clients and account teams to establish program requirements and objectives.
* Manage all aspects of events, including venue and logistical arrangements.
* Develop and maintain a strategic overview of accounts, providing proactive advice on new issues and resolution options.
* Contribute to client marketing strategy and thinking.
* Raise issues or concerns with clients in a timely manner, following through to resolution.
* Demonstrate innovation and creativity in project-related work.
Requirements:
* At least 8 years of previous experiential project management experience within a marketing agency or team.
* Strong marketing planning and execution knowledge.
* Strong knowledge and expertise in project management for brand experience & events.
* Experience in managing planning, concept, production, logistics, staffing, and operations for event projects.
* Exceptional local knowledge of event management in Australia.
* Strong financial competencies and commercial acumen.
* Strong motivation for business development.
