Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage dealership operations with a strong focus on service and parts.
* Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
* Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all safety requirements.
* Build strong relationships with customers, OEM partners, and key stakeholders.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Coach, develop, and empower employees to create a collaborative, results-driven team.
What You'll Bring
* Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
* Experience in fixed operations is highly regarded (not essential).
